AI integration
where it earns its place.

AI that removes a specific, identifiable piece of work — not a chatbot bolted to your homepage because the competition has one.

Who this is for

Businesses with a repetitive task that eats hours every week: reading documents and retyping the contents, answering the same questions, moving data between systems, triaging an inbox. The task is the starting point, not the technology.

What makes it different

We evaluate before we build, and we tell you when AI is the wrong answer. A great many problems that look like AI problems are better solved by a form, a database query, or fixing the process. Those cost less and break less.

What you get

Included as standard.

Assistants on your own content

Answering from your documents, policies and data — with the source shown, so answers can be checked rather than trusted blindly.

Document and data extraction

Pulling structured fields out of invoices, forms, contracts and PDFs, with a human check where it matters.

Workflow automation

Connecting the steps that currently need a person to copy something from one place to another.

Honest evaluation first

Measured against your real examples before rollout, so you know the error rate rather than hoping. Including the cases where it fails.

A human in the loop

Designed so a person reviews anything consequential. Automation that quietly gets things wrong is worse than no automation.

Running cost transparency

What it will cost per month to run, estimated up front, so there are no surprises when usage grows.

Common questions

The things people actually ask.

Will AI actually help my business?

Sometimes. It is genuinely good at reading unstructured text, extracting fields, drafting and summarising. It is poor at anything needing exact arithmetic, guaranteed consistency, or being right every single time. If your task is in the second group we will say so rather than sell you something.

What about our data — does it go to train someone else’s model?

That depends entirely on which provider and plan is used, and it is a decision made deliberately, not by default. Business tiers of the major providers contractually exclude your data from training. For genuinely sensitive material there are options that keep data within your own infrastructure. We will set out the trade-offs before anything is connected.

How do we know it works?

We evaluate against a set of your own real examples with known correct answers, and report the accuracy honestly, including where it fails. If the number is not good enough to rely on, that is a finding, not a failure to hide.

Is this GDPR compliant?

It can be, but it depends on what data is processed and where it goes. Personal data sent to an AI provider is a processing activity like any other — it needs a lawful basis, a processor agreement, and consideration of international transfers. We cover this during scoping. This is not legal advice and for anything sensitive you should take your own.

Tell us what you are trying to fix.

A paragraph is enough to start. We will come back with honest questions, a rough shape, and whether we are the right people for it.
